Business Smart Solutions (BSS),proudly
announces a partnership with RDM Corporation, a Canadian based cheque quality
assurance provider.
Business Smart Solutions will provide RDM’s
cheque quality assurance devices for the Australian market, in an effort to
improve the condition of circulated cheques and most importantly, optimise MICR
quality during cheque production stages.
RDM’s quality assurance devices measure and
evaluate a cheque’s MICR magnetic strength. These devices will also assist BSS
in identifying the various methods that lead to a cheque being rejected during
the clearing cycle. It is aimed that with
RDM’s quality assurance products, cheque reject rates will be reduced to less
than 1%.
The cheque reject rate in Australia is
currently at 3%.
