BSS releases Queue Management System white paper
Sydney, NSW. September 14, 2008. Business Smart Solutions (BSS) releases a white paper called, “Queue Management Systems: The Impacts of Queue Management Systems from Different Perspectives in Improving Customer Service and Increasing Business Opportunities”. The white paper focuses and compares the study of physical queuing and visual queuing.
In the white paper, BSS explains the problems exhibited by the physical queuing format, and searches for a better system. The paper outlined visual queue, an alternative format of queuing to solve the problems found in physical queues by using multimedia systems. These problems include queue congestion, slow productivity which can ultimately lead to poor profitability.
The paper aims to inform the benefits of a queue management system and was developed to perceive the benefits from different perspectives (the customer, employees, management and company).
The paper is now available for download at the Business Smart Solutions website, Queue Management System - White Paper
BSS was established in Australia as part of the global marketing strategy and is the sole developer of SMARTQUEUE™ Integrated Multimedia Queue Management System. It is currently installed in various sectors such as St. George Bank, Nokia Care across Australia, Canberra Imaging Group ( CIG ) and Australia Post Redfern.
